AB De Villiers to return to International Cricket in Sri Lanka ?

Cricket legend AB de Villiers likely to return from his International Cricket retirement and play in South Africa’s tour of Sri Lanka in June eyeing a spot in South Africa T20 squad at this year’s T20 World Cup.

AB de Villiers retired from international cricket in 2018 but he is reportedly in discussion with South African head coach Mark Boucher about making a comeback for the T20 World Cup, which will be held in Australia in October.

“From the first of June, which is the Sri Lanka tour, those guys need to make themselves available. Whether we select them is another story.” Mark Boucher said on Tuesday.

South Africa ODI & T20I tour of Sri Lanka is scheduled to be held in June and if all goes according the plan Cricket fans will see AB De Villiers playing for South Africa in T20Is in Sri Lanka in a few months.

South Africa will play 3  T20Is & 3 ODIs in Sri Lanka during the month of June.
