The Western Province Governor Roshan Goonatilake has introduced a helpline to assist those stranded in the Western Province.

An operations room has been initiated to accommodate complaints and direct the authorities to provide assistance.
Provision of food for those who do not have any income or finances are also attended to according to Western Province Governor’s office.
Government yet to take a decision about sending those who stranded in Western Province back home.
