This holy month of Ramadan, Hilton Colombo is delivering an Iftar menu for families to enjoy in the confinement of their homes. A carefully curated menu which includes a choice of starters, mains, desserts and freshly made falooda can be delivered to your doorstep if you are anywhere between Colombo 1 and 15, Rajagiriya, Nawala or Kotte. It’s contactless and hassle free.
Here is a “glimpse” of the menu; Cold Starters come with homemade pitta bread and includes a choice of Lebanese Hommus, Babaganoush, Fattoush, Falafel, Labneh Yogurt or Torshi Shoor. Hot Starters & Soups consists a choice of Curry Mutton or Chicken Rolls, Beef Cutlets, Chicken or Mutton Congee, Lentil or Cream of Chicken Soup. The Mains section, has a variety of Mutton or Chicken Koftas, aromatic Biriyani, Butter Chicken with Naan, Fish, Mutton or Beef Curry served with Basmati Rice. That’s not all, a special Family Sawan for 5 – 6 persons is also available. The sweet dream consists of a Umma Ali; a fluffy baked puff pastry with milk, cream, coconut, almonds and raisins, a Middle Eastern style milk pudding called Mahalabia, everyone’s favorite Watalappan, Crème Caramel and Morrocan Medjool Dates.
