Strict regulations will be in place as institutional activities in High risks districts will begin from Tomorrow, DIG Ajith Rohana said.
Curfew in Colombo, Gampaha, Kaluthara and Puttalam districts will not be lifted but Public are allowed to resume their day to day activities, He said.
