Today at the Grand Culinary Studio, NuwaraEliya, Sanga prepared a delicious mouth watering Breadfruit with Mutton curry his favourite dish along with his own special “Pol Sambole”.
The Walauwa Sambol made using the mortar and pestle was another dish made by him.
