Former Sri Lanka captain Kumar Sangakkara has been requested to appear before the Special Investigations Unit of the Sports Ministry to record a statement over alleged claims of match fixing at the 2011 Cricket World Cup final between India & Sri Lanka.
Kumar Sangakkara is expected to appear before the Unit tomorrow.
2011 World Cup team member Upul Tharanga recorded a statement for two hours today.
