GMOA set to launch all island trade union action, puts forward 5 demands

The Government Medical Officers Association (GMOA) has decided to launch an all island trade union action from 21^st September.

The GMOA said the trade union action will be launched to protest against the undue delay in implementing 05 key demands.

In a letter addressed to Minister of Health Pavithra Wanniarachchi, the GMOA called on the latter to initiate early and prompt actions to fulfil the demands prior to the proposed trade union action. (NewsWire)
