Sri Lanka, which is yet to engage in international cricket for 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, is set to tour South Africa for a two- match Test Series later this year.

According to Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) sources said discussions are underway to finalize details of the tour, and they are confident the series will take place.

Sri Lanka, captained by Dimuth Karunaratne, is set to play its Boxing Day (December 26) and New Year’s Test matches against the Proteas.

England will play three ODIs and three T-20 Internationals in South Africa late November with all games scheduled to take place in Cape Town and Paarl. (NewsWire)
