Finance Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has appointed Major General (Retd.) G.A. Chandrasiri as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Bank of Ceylon (BOC), Daily FT reported.
He is the incumbent Chairman of Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Ltd., since December 2019.
Following the latest appointment, the BOC Board of Directors comprises Kanchana Ratwatte (Chairman), G. Harsha Wijayawardhana, Anura Christopher Manilka Fernando, Major General (Retd.) G.A. Chandrasiri, and R.M.P. Rathnayake (ex officio Director from Treasury). (Daily FT)
