Musaeus College Colombo held its Prize Giving Ceremony 2019/20 under the new drive through mechanism in view of the prevalent COVID-19 pandemic.
Students were seen arriving in their vehicles up to the podium during the ceremony held yesterday.
They thereafter embarked onto the podium to receive their prizes and were later driven off in their vehicles waiting at the foot of the podium, prompting minimal contact.
The British School in Colombo became the first school to conduct a function under the drive through mechanism in June 2020, after it staged its Graduation Ceremony for 2019 in this manner. (NewsWire)
