WATCH : Heated debate in Parliament after Rasamanickam’s question not answered

A heated debate took place in Parliament today between Opposition MP Shanakiyan Rasamanickam and Minister Johnston Fernando.
The argument arose when the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) MP accused the Goverment of not responding to questions posed by Opposition MPs in Parliament.
