The International Monetary Fund (IMF) says it is deeply concerned about the ongoing crisis in Sri Lanka.
IMF Spokesperson Gerry Rice said the international financial institution is monitoring the situation closely.
“The IMF hopes for a resolution of the current situation that will allow for the resumption of our dialogue on an IMF-supported program,” he added. (NewsWire)
