President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has received an official invitation to visit China.
Cabinet Spokesman Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said the Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka has officially handed over the invitation.
He further said that the government is considering the visit following the President’s official visit to India.
Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa said the President had also received an official invitation to visit India.
He revealed that President Anura Kumara Dissanayake will engage in the visit during the third week of December, but the exact dates are yet to be decided.
The Cabinet Spokesman added that following the visit to India, the President is most likely to visit China. (Newswire)
