United National Party (UNP) General Secretary Akila Viraj Kariyawasam says that Ranil Wickramasinghe has decided to step down as the leader of the UNP.
The former MP further said that Ravi Karunanayake, Daya Gamage, Vajira Abeywardena’s and his name have been shortlisted for the UNP leadership position.
UNP working committe will meet on 12th Wednesday to decide who will lead the party after Ranil Wickramasinghe.
