Six Grama Niladhari (GN) Divisions in 04 Districts have been isolated with immediate effect.
Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said the isolation has been imposed due to a spike in Covid cases in Sri Lanka.
He said however, the isolation status imposed on the Nikadalupotha GN Division in the Kurunegala District has been lifted from today.

Matara District-
Uyanwaththa
Uyanwaththa North
Matale District-
Uda Hapuvida
Kandy District-
Thubitta Village and Kosgasthenna – Walgampaya GN Division
Puttalam District-
Meda Kirimatiyana
