The Ceylon Electricity Board says there will be NO power cuts today, as Ceylon Petroleum Cooperation has supplied 3,000 MT of diesel to generate power.
Power cuts were reported in multiple areas across the country in last two days after two power stations at the Kelanitissa Power Plant Complex ran out of Diesel.
Meanwhile, CEB has also requested the consumers to use electricity wisely and sparingly to avoid further power cuts. (NewsWire)
