Minister of Energy Kanchana Wijesekera has provided an update on the diesel and petrol shipments that have arrived in Sri Lanka.
In a Twitter message, the Minister said that two Diesel cargos are currently completing the discharge process in Colombo.
He also said that one more Diesel cargo is currently at the harbor to be discharged.
Minister Kanchana Wijesekera further said that one Petrol cargo is undergoing quality sampling.
The process to discharge the Petrol cargo will begin tomorrow, he said.
The Energy Minister added that the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminal Limited (CPSTL) will commence deliveries to the rural depots by trains and trucks tomorrow (19). (NewsWire)
