The United Kingdom’s Late Queen Elizabeth II looked exhausted two days prior to her passing during which time she had addressed the transition of the country’s Prime Minister, President Ranil Wickremesinghe said in Parliament today.
The President said two days before her death the United Kingdom’s longest-serving monarch was seen engaging with the UK’s outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson and new Prime Minister Liz Truss.
“She looked a bit exhausted. But anyway, anyone who spends half a day with outgoing PM Boris Johnson and the incoming Prime Minister Liz Truss would have been exhausted. So that was nothing special,” he said.
