A Gazette notification has been issued gazetting the regulations related to the Colombo Port City Economic Commission.
The Colombo Port City Economic Commission Bill was passed in Parliament with a majority in May 2022.
Former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa appointed 07- members to the Commission, headed by Gamini Marapana, PC.
The Gazette notification related to the Commission pertains to the regulations of registration and licencing of Authorized Person (Fees) and other services related to the Commission.
Thereby, the application fee for an Authorized Person is US$ 2500, while the Annual Fee is US$ 2000. (NewsWire)
