The Election Commission of Sri Lanka has issued a new directive to those born before 01st February 2005.
The Commission has requested those born before 01st February 2005 to ensure that their names are included in the electoral register.
This could be done by contacting the area Grama Niladhari officer or by visiting the Commission’s website, elections.gov.lk
The Commission added that those born before 01 Feb 2005 are requested to meet their relevant Grama Niladhari officer before 19th October. (NewsWire)
