A Gazette notification has been issued revoking the import restrictions on 10 items.
State Minister of Finance Ranjith Siyambalapitiya said the Gazette has been issued by Finance Minister & President Ranil Wickremesinghe.
He further said among the 10 items on which restrictions have been eased are energy drinks for the tourism sector, MDF boards for furniture, CCTV for security purposes, and Sports Ministry-approved sports items.
