President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has appointed Eng. Asiri Karunawardena as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development.   

The letter of appointment was presented to him by the Secretary to the President, Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, at the Presidential Secretariat today (22).
