A Gazette notification has been published amending the attire of female attorneys-at-law at the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. 

The Supreme court has amended the attire for female attorneys-at-law via a Gazette dated 30 March 2023.

The amended attire is as follows:

  • Saree and jacket in white, black, off-white, grey or mauve
  • Black trousers with a white blouse and black coat and shoes
  • Black skirt with a white blouse and black coat and shoes.
