Attorney-at-Law M.A.L.S. Manthrinayake has been appointed Secretary to the Ministry of Fisheries, Aquatic, and Ocean Resources.

According to the President’s Media Division (PMD), the appointment was made by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
