The Government Action Plan was published by the Ministry of Finance on Thursday (Feb 29), according to State Minister of Finance Shehan Semasinghe. 

Taking to ‘X’, State Minister Semasinghe said at the request of Sri Lanka, a Governance Diagnostic Assessment (GDA) was concluded by the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

He further said that based on recommendations, the Ministry of Finance published the Government Action Plan yesterday.

State Minister Semasinghe added this further demonstrates the government’s commitment to building a sustainable economy and good governance in the country.
