The Department of Government Printing is set to enhance its operational capacity with the commissioning of a newly installed two‑sided four‑color printing machine, alongside the re‑launch of its revamped official website www.documents.gov.lk.

According to Deputy Minister of Mass Media Kaushalya Ariyarathne, the commissioning ceremony will take place tomorrow (11) at the Department premises.

The Sri Lanka Computer Emergency Readiness Team (SLCERT) says investigations are underway into the hacking of the official website of the Sri Lanka Department of Printing.

SLCERT confirmed that the official website has been the target of a cyber attack.
