The Laggala New Town Water Supply Project, implemented by the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Water Supply, is scheduled to be vested in the public today (12) under the patronage of the subject Minister Susil Ranasinghe.

The project, implemented to address the long‑standing drinking water needs of the community, will provide safe and clean drinking water to more than 25,000 residents across 6,500 families in 21 Grama Niladhari divisions within the Laggal Divisional Secretariat area.
