A 59-year-old man has been reported dead after falling off a building on Ramakrishna Avenue in Wellawatte on Wednesday. 

According to the Police, investigations have found that the man had served as a security officer at the building.

Further investigations have found that he had accidentally fallen while wiping the glass panes on the fifth floor of the building. 

The deceased is a resident of Batticaloa. The Wellawatte Police is conducting further investigations. (Newswire)
