A building consisting of a row of shops is reported to have suddenly collapsed in the Horana Town today.
Three shops that were adjacent to one another had thus collapsed while repairs were being carried out along the Anguruwathota- Horana main road.
A number of people who were inside the shops at the time of the incident had managed to escape unhurt. (Newswire)
