The All Share Price Index (ASPI) crossed 9000 points in early trade today.
The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) said the ASPI crossed the mark for the first time in market history.
The ASPI recorded 9008.22 points during morning trading, the CSE added.
Meanwhile, the S&P SL20 Index was at 3356. 86 points and the Daily Market Turnover was recorded at Rs. 6.9 Bn.
The CSE said the Indices and overall market activity continue the upward momentum. (NewsWire)
