Sri Lankan actress Anusha Sonali has passed away while receiving treatment at a hospital.
The actress was 47-years-old at the time of her demise.
She is reported to have died while receiving treatment at the Colombo South Teaching Hospital in Kalubowila.
According to hospital sources, the actress had died due to sudden breathing difficulties.
The sources also revealed that she had been receiving treatment for an illness for a period of time before her death.
The actress was renowned for being awarded the best up-and-coming actress at the Sarasavi Film Festival in 1995.
