The Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development has announced intermittent lane closures on the Southern Expressway due to maintenance work.
In an official notice issued to commuters, the ministry said the closures will affect sections between the Galanigama Interchange and the Dodangoda Interchange, beginning Feb. 18.
