Police Narcotics Bureau says 92 parcels of heroin weighing 103.28 kilograms were found aboard a multi-day fishing trawler brought to the Dikkowita Fishery Harbour following a search operation.
The Sri Lanka Navy said the narcotics were discovered during an inspection of the vessel taken into naval custody.
Further investigations confirmed that the recovered packages contained heroin. (Newswire)
