SriLankan Airlines has sent 400 contract staff on 3 months no pay leave till July 31st as a cost cutting measure.
In early April SriLankan announced mandatory salary reductions from the staff starting from 2.5% to 25% for 3 months.
In the latest cost cutting measure now the airline has decided to send 400 contracted staff members on no pay leave for 3 months staring this month.
