Value of the Sri Lankan Rupee has shown a gradual appreciation after it faced a serious depreciation over the last few weeks due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to the current exchange rates published by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, buying rate of 1 USD was at Rs. 185.81, while the selling rate of 1 USD was at Rs. 191.71 as of today.
Sri Lankan Rupee (LKR) faced a serious and rapid depreciation against the United States Dollar (USD) during the past few weeks and at one point the selling rate of 1 USD surpassed LKR 200 as well.
