Tourist Board approved hotels and restaurants in Colombo city limit will be allowed to open from Tuesday (26) under strict regulations, Colombo Municipal Council announced today.
Chief Medical Officer of Colombo Dr. Ruwan Wijemuni said that permission have been granted to open these restaurants and hotels under strict health guidelines.
Curfew in Colombo district will be lifted after 2 months tomorrow. Curfew will be only imposed from 10 PM to 4 am daily from tomorrow night.
Dr. Ruwan Wijemuni further stated that six teams will be assigned to inspect whether these hotels and restaurants adhere to health and safety regulations imposed.
