Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi says 522 Sri Lankans have arrived to the country with the Covid19 virus so far.
“From the 466 arrived from Kuwait 330 are Covid19 patients. From 270 arrived from Qatar 150 are reportedly Covid19 patients” She said in a statement today.
More PCR tests will be done to find out if there are more patients among foreign returnees, Health Minster added.
Meanwhile 11 patients identified today taking the total infected patients upto 1631 in Sri Lanka. Among them 801 have recovered now.
