Seven foreign players have been signed to represent the Colombo Kings franchise in the Lanka Premier League.
The seven foreign players included in the franchise for the cricket tournament are as follows.
- West Indies- Andre Russell
- India- Manpreet Gony
- Canada- Ravinderpal Singh
- Afghanistan- Qais Ahmad and Karim Khan Sadeq
- England- Laurie Evans and Daniel Bell- Drummon
Bell-Drummond is the highest scorer of England’s premier domestic T20 tournament this Summer, at an impressive strike rate of 154.94 he scored 423 runs.
The Colombo Kings franchise also signed Sri Lanka fast bowler Dhammika Prasad yesterday.
Meanwhile, Canada batsman Ravindrapal Singh tested positive for Covid yesterday in Hambantota, ruling him out of the tournament.
