A 35-year-old Policeman was killed in Akkaraipattu last night.
The Police said the deceased is an officer attached to the Kattankudy Police station.
The Police officer was reportedly killed by a relative while on off-duty in Akkaraipattu.
The Akkaraipattu Police have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection to the murder and have launched investigations into the incident. (NewsWire)
