Sri Lanka is facing a major injury concern ahead of first Test against South Africa with fast bowler Suranga Lakmal is doubtful to play.
Sri Lanka Skipper Dimuth Karunaratne told reporters that leader of the Sri Lanka pace attack has suffered a minor hamstring injury.
“We have to take a call tomorrow on his availability, he didn’t practice today, it’s small injury but it’s a concern at the moment” Dimuth Karunaratne said. (NewsWire)
