Sri Lanka will receive the next consignment of the ‘Sputnik V’ coronavirus vaccine next week.
State Minister Professor Channa Jayasumana said the next consignment consists of 185,000 doses of the Russian manufactured vaccine.
He said the vaccine consignment will arrive in Sri Lanka on Tuesday (25).
Meanwhile, the Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry revealed that a total of 14,699 people have been administered the ‘Sputnik V’ vaccine as the first dose as of last night. (NewsWire)
