A Tipper truck driver was shot dead by a Police constable opposite the residence of State Minister S. Viyalendran in Batticaloa earlier today
Police spokesman said the police constable has been arrested.
According to the Police, The constable had been assigned for Minister S. Viyalendran’s house security.
Minister was not at home when the incident took place.
