Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa says that former PM Ranil Wickramasinghe used the Mattala airport to store paddy in order to politically destroy him.
MP Sajith Premadasa was the Hambantota District leader of the United National Party during the Yahapalana Government.
The Opposition Leader expressed these views when answering a question raised by a businessman from the area.
He further said that under a SJB Government he will develop the Mattala airport. (NewsWire)
