Sri Lanka fast bowler Nuwan Thushara has contracted COVID-19, according to cricket sources.
Thushara is part of the Sri Lanka squad that was announced for the upcoming T20I tour of Australia.
The cricket sources said steps have been taken to quarantine Nuwan Thushara and his quarantine period is due to end on the 5th of February.
However, the Sri Lankan team is scheduled to leave for Australia on Thursday, the 3rd of February. (NewsWire)
