Another video has emerged of a wild elephant being harassed by a vehicle at an unknown location in Sri Lanka.
The much criticised footage has been shared on social media platform TikTok.
The video shows the driver of the vehicle harassing the elephant that was walking on the side of the road by driving in front of it.
The driver’s actions are seen causing fear, eventually making the elephant change its course of path and hide in the jungle.
Shedding light on the incident, former Sri Lanka cricketer Mahela Jayawardena said such behaviour has to stop.
“Not the first time this has happen in SL and it’s time we stop this playful behaviour.. let the animals live peacefully,” he said. (NewsWire)
