The Archbishop of Colombo, His Eminence, Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith has visited the caretaker of the All Saint’s Church in Borella who was arrested over a hand grenade that was found within the premises.
Muneendran has been detained by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) under a 90-day detention order.
The Archbishop of Colombo visited the CCD this morning to inquire about the wellbeing of Muneendran.
He was accompanied by a group of priests during the visit that took place around 09.30 this morning. (NewsWire)
