The Iguana X100 adventure boat that was locally assembled by the Sail Lanka Yachting Group was unveiled at the Colombo Port City on Wednesday (16).
The adventure boat that could travel on both land and water was unveiled by the State Minister of Container Warehouse Facilities, Container Yards, Port Supply Facilities, and Boats and Shipping Industry Lohan Ratwatte.
Addressing the event, the State Minister said that the locally assembled boat has been introduced with an aim to revive and further develop Sri Lanka’s struggling tourism sector.
He added that it is also intended to export such locally assembled adventure boats to further help Sri Lanka benefit from the global market. (NewsWire)
