A total of 45 persons including a female have been arrested in connection with yesterday’s incidents at Mirihana.
One police bus, 1 police jeep, 2 Motorbikes were set on fire and one water cannon truck was damaged during the clashes.
Over 35 persons including 17 civilians, 17 security forces members and 3 journalists were injured during the protests.
