The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) led Government will lose its majority in Parliament tomorrow (05), former Minister Udaya Gammanpila announced today.

Minister Gammanpila said this will mark the ‘Beginning of the End’ for the Government.

Earlier today, former State Minister Nimal Lanza also warned that over 50 Parliamentarians including SLPP MPs will remain independent in Parliament if the Government decides to continue ignoring the voices of the public.

He said, “If the Government decides to continue ignoring the public’s voices and continue to be in power over 50 MPs including several from the SLPP will remain independent in Parliament.”

Nimal Lanza further warned that the said MPs will ensure that the Government will lose the majority of 113 seats in Parliament when Parliament convenes tomorrow (05). (NewsWire)
