Former Minister Dullas Alahapperuma has called for the resignation of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Ministers.
The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP made the appeal via a letter addressed to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today.
He said the Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Ministers should resign immediately.

The new Cabinet should represent all parties in the Parliament, the former Minister said further.
